35 Before 35 Bucket List

As I sit here thinking about where I'll be this time next year, I literally can't believe I'm  31! I mean, I know my age, but how did that happen? And how are you supposed to feel when you're in your 30's? I always saw 30 as a mature age where I would have my shit together and be a responsible grown up who can adult like a pro. But as I sit here, that picture couldn't be further from the truth.  Please tell me you're with me girls, and that I'm not the only 30 year old that is still an immature, clueless soul wandering through life and figuring it out through the thousands of mistakes they make?

How I Use Lists to Organise My Life (And the Best APP Ever)

I'm a huge fan of list. I make lists for everything and I sometimes even make lists for my lists. The thing is though, in a day of a busy girl, a list is basically a complete life saver. Fellow teachers out there will understand what I say that there are never enough hours in the day and there's always something else to do, right? Lists really do help me function and cope with the business or life!

Our New Apartment

After deciding to stay in Beijing for a little longer, we knew we wanted to move apartments. We're lucky that my company provides accommodation, but we currently pay a little extra for our apartment and just don't love it enough to justify it. We got a great little deal on our new apartment and I just love it.

A Change of Heart

In January I wrote all about my final flight to Beijing and my excitement at moving to London. It's strange how drastically things can change in the space of a week.

Why New York City Will Always Have a Piece of My Heart

Anybody who knows me, even if you’ve only met me once as we bumped into each other passing on the street, you probably know that I love New York City.

From the very first second I arrived in NYC for the first time, it felt magical. Arriving at Port Authority bus terminal at 9pm at night and being welcomed by the bright lights of Times Square, I instantly knew that NYC was going to steal a little piece of my heart and never give it back. And it did! Every single second of my time in NYC was the best ever and It has outdone itself every time I’ve visited since.
