Healthy Convenience with Doko Beijing

I don't know about you but one of the hardest times to eat healthy and stay motivated is after work when I'm tired. The last thing I want to do is cook when I get home and it's so easy to just order in and sit on my ass while I'm waiting for it to arrive. I recently discovered Doko Beijing, a company that delivers healthy meals daily and I'm absolutely loving it. Convenience is the way forward...

What Is a 'Good' Education Anyway?

This is the kind of question that will prompt people to share all sorts of opinions of what constitutes a 'good' education but the only responses to this question are opinion, in my humble opinion. Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

I usually alternate between the same two breakfasts, cereal and egg as it's easy. I've been looking for some alternatives to replace them and make my morning a little more exciting. Super Speed Soup

Soup is one of my favourite foods to eat, especially to kickstart a diet that I have been failing at for a month or so. I know, I'm hanging my head in shame too. But with the final school term fully in swing and the need to to get rid of this god damn weight ready for summer, I am back on it with a vengeance. I have been looking for some different recipes to try and stumbled upon Slimming World's Super Speed Soup which I remember my mum raving about so decided to give it a go.

Down the Rabbit Hole

Life in Beijing is filled with random moments. From people doing the strangest things to random exhibitions and displays popping up overnight. This week I stopped by my local shopping centre and felt like I’d fallen down a rabbit hole, Alice and Wonderland style.
