Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

I usually alternate between the same two breakfasts, cereal and egg as it's easy. I've been looking for some alternatives to replace them and make my morning a little more exciting. I'm mostly following a Slimming World plan and there are so many other easy and healthy options out there. This week I've been loving overnight oats; strawberry cheesecake overnight oats in particular.

Makes 1 meal

You Will Need

❤  1/2 punnet strawberries
❤  1 low fat vanilla yoghurt
❤  1 tsp vanilla extract
❤  40g oats

What To Do

❤  chop half of strawberries into small chunks
❤  Mix chopped strawberries with yoghurt and vanilla extract
❤  Layer half of oats in bottom of jar
❤  Layer half of yoghurt mixture on top of oats
❤  Repeat steps 3 and 4 with oat and yoghurt mixture
❤  Cut remaining strawberries in half and layer on top of jar
❤  Put in fridge overnight
Tips

I made 2 and left with in the fridge for 2 days, it tasted even better so try to leave it longer
  Add sweetener if needed
Try mixing up the berries, maybe add some blueberries too

What are your favourite kind of oats?

  2. I’ve never tried overnight oats before. The yogurt must soften the oats overnight? This sounds really tasty...I’ll have to try it.

    1. It kind of feels more like you're eating a desert than breakfast, which is always a bonus!

  5. I am into Oats but not strawberry first of all. But all of those sounds delicious do you have something with Chocolate or Butterscotch? Maybe you can make with that. What say?

  6. I love overnight oats. We often have them breakfast during spring and summer. I also like baked oats on the colder mornings. Strawberry is always a good choice
